MWAYODEO implemented Feed the Future-AY project funded by USAID through DAI Tanzania in six villages of Ruaha Mbuyuni and Ilula wards of Kilolo district, Iringa region reaching out 180 (60% female, 40% male) youth. Youth were trained in various entrepreneurial skills using the OYE approach. All of them undertook technical and entrepreneurship skills training to improve horticulture agribusiness value chain management, be self-employed and improve their livelihood.
MWAYODEO strives to improve the livelihood status of women, youth, children and people with disabilities through improving knowledge and skills, provision of start-up kits and adaptation of business ventures in collaboration with local, national, international, public and private partners.
